During Philips No Burn Campaign, Philips introduced Philips PerfectsCare Azur Steam Iron. Philips claims that this Philips PerfectsCare Azur Steam Iron can maintain the perfect combination of temperature and steam to deliver an ironing performance. It utilises a Smart Control processor to set the right temperature combined with Heat Flow technology to enable an even stream of steam and temperature balance.
- 100% safe on all garments, even the most delicate like silk, cashmere, wool and polyester.
- 100% easy to use, no adjustment required due to the perfect combination of Smart Control Processor and HeatFlow technology.
Pour water into the iron until the max water level. Turn on the iron, wait less than one minute, you can start ironing your clothes. FYI, PerfectCare Azur steam iron is designed to be used with tap water. However, for better ironing results Philips recommends to use deminaralized water.
Philips PerfectCare Azur Steam Iron is the first steam iron I have used. It is truly easy to use because I don’t need to adjust the temperature based on different fabrics. And surprisingly, I never think ironing can be so easy before this. Previously when using the traditional iron, I tended to spray more water and press the iron harder to remove the wrinkle, but with Philips PerfectCare Azur Steam Iron, I only put it on top of my shirt, and push in light force, the tricky wrinkle disappear!
Nonetheless, Philips PerfectCare Azur Steam Iron is a heavy iron. The first time when I brought it home, I seem like carrying a big stone. Therefore, if you would like to do vertical ironing, you may find yourself feeling tired after ironing. Except from its weight, I enjoyed ironing a lot with Philips PerfectCare Azur Steam Iron. Well, I am going to buy my mum a Philips PerfectCare Azur Steam Iron so that she can enjoy the “Burn Marks No More” journey like I did. How about you?
FYI, The Philips PerfectCare Azur range is available at major electrical and departmental stores and www.blipmy.com at a recommended price range of RM459 to RM599 (before GST).

I also wanna try this iron.. But I hate doing ironing job.. haha~
I actually love to iron clothes, but my husband says I take too long in doing it. It’s like I’m playing around haha. I like the idea of gifting this steam iron to a mom on mother’s day. I love the safety feature as well, that it shuts down automatically when unattended. 🙂
This iron is a great item for moms. I have to say that ironing clothes is what i hate most and i dont wanna do now that im married for 6 yrs.
wow, really looks like a good iron! but i have my qualms on gifting my mum home appliances on mother’s day. hahah! it’s like, “please carry on ironing all my clothes, mum!”
Ooooh! This seems so cool! We never had a steam iron at home, so this will definitely be a nice gift to my mom. Will do the ironing too as a bonus! 😀
How cool. Of all the household chores, ironing clothes is last on my list. But with this cool flat iron, maybe it will go up a few notches.
I used to have a Phillips iron and it did a great job. I don’t iron much these days though but I would always recommend the brand.
I have this Philips iron and I used it occasionally. But it’s very good for satin-like materials and soft material. For jeans, found it not suitable.
I’m sure moms everywhere would appreciate receiving a nifty gadget like this! We should make life easier for those who work hard for us! 😀
I have to admit that this is the first that I know this particular electric steam iron. I know this kind of appliance is so perfect for a mother as her perfect companion in ironing her family clothes.
I am already using Philips azur range and it is so brilliant.. I never had any burnt cloth and it irons so perfectly and saves time.
My mum will be unhappy! She will say, so you are buying an iron for me to iron all the clothes for you guys? Hahaha…
Ironing is certainly not one of my favourite pastimes, however this iron looks awesome! It would make a dull, boring task much easier I expect!
I personally do not think a mom will appreciate a gift for a household chore. Hehe. Of all the chores, I do not like ironing at all.
That’s a great gift for mom on this mothers day I believe. Thanks for it.
Nice idea for a mother’s day gift. But my wife digs necklace so I have to give her one .
I wonder what’s the price of this in sg. need to for my new home! 😀
this actually reminds me that i need a new iron myself. the weight of this doesn’t lure me in
erhm. A very practical gift I suppose for really practical mums. Not something I’d like for a mothers’ day gift though. I’d rather a year-long laundry service voucher 🙂
My Mom hires someone to iron our clothes & I would recommend this one. It seems like something that’s gentle on clothes. I like the automatic shut down feature of this Philip’s steam iron – it makes the product more safe & appealing.
This is cool for mummy and myself. It light, easy to use and come with steam.
I hate ironing but steam iron is really making ironing job less hectic… The safety features is super cool!~
This product deserves a try, Philip products is well known at our place, the features is amazing.
