Homemade Unbaked Oreo Cheese Cake

Want to homemade a birthday cake for your loves?
But….. You don’t have an oven at home?
Don’t worry, you can still bake WITHOUT an oven! 😉
I am going to share about the recipe for Unbaked 6″ Oreo Cheese Cake ~~
And what you need is just 6 items to make it!
This is the birthday cake I baked for my dear in December last year.
6″? Yeah, it’s kinda small but I am worried we cannot finish the cake.
And the result proved I am right.
So, 6″ is just right for both of us.

= Ingredients = 
Crust

  1. 60g Oreo
  2. 40g Butter/Margarine

Filling

  1. 250g Creamchese
  2. 150g Milk
  3. 15g Gelatin powder
  4. 40g Sugar

All my ingredients were bought in Cold Storage

= Instructions = 
1.  Chop the Oreo coarsely while melting the butter/margarine.

2.  Mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter/margarine Press onto bottom of 6” cake mold. Refrigerate while preparing filling. 
(The crust is done)

3.  Heat the creamcheese along with sugar. At the same time, you can also heat the milk along with the gelatin powder.

4.  Combine both the heated mixture and stir it until it is smooth and well combined.

You can get the mini blender at Daiso
5.  Pour filling into crust and smooth the top.

6.  Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until firm. After that, your unbaked oreo cheese cake is ready to be served.

Although it does look like the professional one.
I have baked it using my love.
